3Betting Rules

Please read all betting rules carefully before placing a bet at 989bet. Following the rules ensures your winnings are paid out without any issues.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 989bet itself cancels the match or event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for any related bets will be refunded.
• Odds change rapidly during live betting. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• 989bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The maximum bet amount depends on the event and market type. The maximum limit is displayed on each betting option.

989bet monitors all betting activity. Any evidence of suspicious activity or use of betting systems will result in an account investigation and, if necessary, account termination.

4Payments & Withdrawals

989bet supports the popular mobile banking methods used in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200. Maximum deposit: BDT 500,000 (per day).
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. Maximum withdrawal: BDT 200,000 (per day).
• The mobile banking number used for withdrawals must match the number registered on your account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 15–30 minutes. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposits or withdrawals to or from a third-party account are strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses & Promotions

989bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only and can be claimed once per person.
• Most bonuses come with wagering requirements. Typically, you'll need to bet 5–20 times the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus balance generally require odds of 1.70 or higher.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• 989bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Account Suspension & Closure

989bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons.

• Opening an account using false or incomplete information.
• Creating multiple accounts or using an account under a third party's identity.
• Using betting systems, bots, or automated software.
• Sharing a bonus with another user or misusing any bonus offer.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Confirmed to be under 18 years of age.

Upon account closure, your real balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless the account is closed due to fraudulent activity.

7Responsible Gaming
